A Very Galinda Table Setting
For the party table setting I started with a pink and white cotton tablecloth from Solino Home. Each setting had a large pink paper dinner plate and pink witch hat dessert plate. We alternated seats with either a mini witch party hat or a princess crown party hat from My Mind’s Eye. I accented with green with pretty green and gold napkin bows and green paper cups. All of the paper goods were purchased from Bonjour Fete. Each setting also had pink glittery plastic flatware. They included either a green witch’s broom pen or a pink princess wand pen. These complimented the gable boxes with the party favors. More to come on that! I sprinkled the table with Studio Pop pink confetti and green confetti. I also added Wicked confetti and iridescent bow confetti from XO, Fetti. I made paper flags from the cutest printables from The Letter Vee that were spread around the table. These provided extra decoration and the girls took them home. For floral arrangements, I featured four large Hibiscus vases from VIETRI in pink and green. Then I added a bunch of Hibiscus bud vases in pink and green throughout. I made the arrangements myself from Trader Joe’s pink and green flowers. I also added a few fun decor elements on the table. These included copies of Galinda of Oz books. I also used pink and green glass candlesticks and added Meri Meri pink bow and gold star tapered candles.

Wickedly Fun Party Activities
It couldn’t be a Wicked party without the opportunity to sing some of the movie’s songs! We hired Spin City DJs to supply karaoke and dancing. They did a wonderful job. They even made a beautiful custom sign for the DJ screen to go with the theme. We also used the lovely ladies at Nature & Nurture. They had a fun perfume making station for the girls. Girls chose between an Elphaba green tinted perfume. The girls all loved this activity! Alternatively, they selected a Galinda pink tinted mixture. Then, they added in essential oil scents. I set up a bracelet making station with pink and green beads and alphabet beads to make custom bracelets. Finally, we used our favorite local vendor, Piccolina Orlando, for a custom ice cream cart. They went above and beyond. They offered a special Galinda themed or Elphaba themed frozen treat. These treats came with different flavors and toppings. A few of the girls couldn’t believe they were allowed to get as many ice creams as their hearts desired. We’ve used Piccolina for other birthdays and they’ve done cotton candy and popsicle carts for us in the past.

Balloons & Signage
Our go to balloon vendor in Orlando is Kacey from Balloon Babe. She always does an amazing job! She hit it out of the park for this party. We did a large balloon design behind the activity tables. It also provided a photo opportunity spot for the girls. With one side covered in pink and bubble balloons. And the other with green and witch hat balloons. She did a welcome balloon arch around our welcome sign. And we did a few helium balloons attached to the chairs for some extra pink and green! I used Maple Grove Paperie for the welcome sign and Kyelle Creative for the mini food and drinks signs. All purchased on Etsy and printed at our local FedEx.

Food & Drinks
All of the party food was catered by our country club, Interlachen, where the party was held. We did a signature cocktail called Galinda’s Fizz. For this drink we used pink lemonade, vodka and a puff of cotton candy as a garnish. We made a kids’ version sans vodka as well. The pretty pink champagne coupes and frosted flex cups are both from Mark & Graham. The fun pink and green bow acrylic stir sticks are from Liesel Ann Studios.

Pretty in Pink Party Favors
I used pink gable boxes from Amazon and decorated them with a custom label from Digitally Party Studio. Inside, we included a set of small pink Teleties. We also added a Teleties sparkly green claw clip and Wicked stickers. Additionally, there was a mini play doh kit from The Wild & Whimsy Shop. Finally, we included custom Wicked beaded bracelets from Nation Bangle.

Are you planning on throwing a Wicked themed party? The upcoming second installment is launching in theaters soon. If so, save this post. Check out all of the links I’ve supplied for items I used. If you’re local to Orlando, I highly recommend all of the vendors we used. If you have any questions leave a message or email me!
